We are now obliged as a company to provide clear information on how, and why we collect personal data of anyone whom lands on our webpage. This is to comply with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Policy) privacy policy.

 

You can browse our webpage without the need to share your personal information. However, if you wish to subscribe to our monthly newsletters, enquire about a booking or hire us for your event, then your personal data will become necessary.

 

We will collect and process; your name, email address, and the date of your event if you complete and submit an enquiry form. If you hire us, we will collect and process additional information; your telephone number, venue address and names of key guests.

 

We will never ask for your bank details as all payments are made through BACS.

 

All data that is collected from you is stored securely on a password protected computer and all files are assigned a password. To secure your booking with us, we require you to sign our Terms and Conditions. These are scanned and uploaded into our password protected computer and the paper copy is shredded immediately.

 

All data is retained for 7 years in order to comply with the new GDPR regulations except in the case of an email which is retained indefinitely.

 

In addition to my own data collection, we also use external data processors.

Mail chimp is a marketing platform for small businesses to connect with audiences and build our brand.

 

We do upload photographs of our clients showcasing our work onto our webpage or social media accounts. We will always ask your permission first and have you sign for approval.

The same applies if any photographs are to be featured on blogs/ magazines etc.
